Our company is Apricot Labs Ltd t/a PropertyData (“PropertyData”) with Companies House number 13821283. If you use the PropertyData website (propertydata.ae) (“Website”) or any other part of PropertyData’s service, PropertyData will be the controller of the personal data we collect about you.

There are several pieces of personal information we may collect about you. This could include any of the following:



  • Personal data such as your name

  • Contact details such as your billing address and email address

  • Financial data such as your payment card details (so we can collect your monthly payment)

  • Technical data such as your IP address, your activity on the PropertyData website and app, and the device you use when accessing PropertyData services.

  • PropertyData-specific details such as your PropertyData username and password and your contact/marketing preferences



Data we collect based on your usage of our platform is done using optional cookies. This data is collected and processed fully anonymously, meaning it can not be traced back to you or your person.

You will always have a choice as to whether to give us access to your data or not.



We receive your personal data in 2 different ways:



  1. We collect it ourselves (you give us your data). For example, we collect data from you when:

    1. You sign up for the PropertyData newsletter or request marketing messages from us;

    2. You contact us via email, phone, our app, or any other means;

    3. You make a purchase with PropertyData or use one of PropertyData’s services;

    4. You sign up for a PropertyData account.

    1. Online review services, such as Trustpilot. Note that any reviews you leave publicly may be published on our website, app or marketing communications;

In some cases, we need to collect personal data to comply with law or for us to fulfil our obligations in our contract with you.



Section 3: How Long We Hold Your Data For



PropertyData will only store your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for (such as satisfying any legal or regulatory requirements).



For images uploaded to our site, we will hold this data for 24 hours before permanent deletion. Once this data is deleted, it is non-recoverable.



For images produced by PropertyData for delivery to customers, we will hold this data for 30 days from the date of production before permanent deletion. Once this data is deleted, it is non-recoverable.



For all other data, we consider the following when determining the retention period for period data:

  • The data’s sensitivity

  • The amount of data

  • The nature of the data

  • Legal and regulatory requirements

  • The risk of harm from disclosure or unauthorised use of the data

  • Whether we can fulfil our requirements without using the data




Section 4: How We Use Your Data



Since we are collecting your data, you will probably want to know how we use it. There are a variety of reasons we may need to process your data, including:



  • Performance of a contract

    • For PropertyData to fulfil our legal commitments to you as set out in our terms and conditions, we need to be able to process your data so you can upload your images, make purchases in the PropertyData store, receive your completed product or service, deliver order confirmation emails, and more.

    • ​​Some of your personal identifiable information may also need to be shared with our partners to provide you with our essential services. Examples include shipping companies when we need to physically mail you a product. In these cases, these partners will only be provided with the information absolutely necessary to provide their service.

    • Sometimes we will be required to process your customer data by law. These situations include notifying you about updates to our terms and conditions, or updating our own internal records for compliance purposes.

  • Legitimate interests

    • There are some instances where we will need to process your personal data for our legitimate interests.

    • These legitimate interests can include:

      • Operating PropertyData’s day-to-day business

      • Fraud prevention

      • Infrequent business activities relating to shares, mergers and acquisitions

      • Securing our network

  • Outside of these three categories, no party outside of ProfilePhoto.AI will ever get access to your personal information unless you specifically grant us permission. If we do wish to share your information with an external party outside of these three categories, we will always explicitly ask you for permission first.

Please note that some third parties that we need to share your personal data with are based outside the UK. This means data will need to be transferred outside of the UK in order for them to process your personal data. 



Whenever we transfer your personal data out of the UK, we ensure a similar degree of protection is afforded to it by either making sure the country the data is being transferred to is deemed to provide an adequate level of protection for personal data as the UK or by using specific contracts (approved for use in the UK) which give personal data the same protection it has in the UK.
